I don’t finish things. I’ve been saying for years “I’ll get around to it”, or “It’s not ready yet”. I’ve been holding back in hopes of perfection. In hopes that no one will criticize me and that I’ll write the most incredible thing anyone has ever written. No pressure.
Actually it’s a tremendous amount of pressure.
For the next 6 months I will publish 1 thing a week here. It won’t be great. It won’t be perfect. It will just be. It might be the start of a story, a poem, an essay, a couple lines of dialogue, or maybe just a word. There will be spelling errors and grammar issues. I should probably edit things but I doubt I will. I’m not putting any other parameters on this aside from 1 thing a week.
This is my little internet secret that is not so secret and I’m not sure what to do with it. Hurray!
